However RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE is only possible solely under the following reason -
In the unlikely event that any product that you have ordered with us, is received in a damaged or defective condition or if the product delivered is different from what you had ordered.
Please note the following steps in that case -
1. Please inform within 3 days of delivery.
2. Please share the photos/videos of the product, order id & write to us on support@sugandhim.in or on whatsapp no +919619879117.
3. Thereafter we will arrange for the order to be picked up from the delivery address through courier within 3-4 working days.
4. After which we will inspect & get in touch with you.
5. The refund will be accordingly processed in original payment method and will typically take 3-4 working days except the shipping cost which is non refundable.
6. If you opt for exchange then we will ship you the product without any additional delivery charges. (Please check our SHIPPING & DELIVERY FOR OTHER DETAILS).
