For Massage - * Pour a small amount of almond cold-pressed oil onto your palms. * Rub your hands together to spread the oil and warm it up. * Use long, smooth strokes and apply even pressure & allow it to peneterate in your skin. As Hair and Scalp oil- * Apply to the hair and scalp. Through the length of your hair, focusing on the ends, where dryness and damage often occur. * Leave the oil on your hair for at least 30 minutes to an hour, or even overnight for deeper conditioning. Wrap it in a warm towel to enhance absorption. * Rinse and wash.
